ADD

Saints/Dolphins 2nd half OVER 23.5
( 1 unit)

I leaned the over on this game... but now that the Saints are down, they are built to come from behind...

I can't believe I played this week light (because I pissed away winnings last week), pretty much everything I leaned is winning... Patriots, Patriots 2nd half, Chargers, Steelers 2nd half, Bengals ...

I'm on this game because I can't sit on the sidelines and watch everything win but not profit from it...

Week 7

Week 7

Bought earlier in the week
Teaser: Packers -1, Eagles -1 ( 2.5 units)

I'll probably look for some halftime bets, but I'm keeping it simple thus far this week. Last week I was up 3.5 or so units and pissed it away until I was only up .5 units. I really was about to go the other way on the Packers 2nd half ( I knew the over wouldn't hit), and I was going to take away one of the 4pm bets, but I kept them and pissed away some of the earnings...

GL, off to the gym.

MNF ADD

The week ended up a push so far
Panthers -3 ( 3 units) Push
Pats -3 ( 2 unit) loss What bullshit huh?
Cardinals Over ( 2 unit) Push, Houston couldn't score at the 1 yard line.

Cowboys -6 ( 2nd half) 1 unit WIN
Panthers -3 ( 2nd half) 1 unit WIN

Now I'm on the Jets/Fins UNDER 37 for .5 units
The thing that worries me is one of these young quarterbacks throwing a pick 6, I hope the coaches keep the game plan simple, try and run the ball, kill clock...

Half time adds

ADD

Dallas -6 ( this team starts out slow, but they should win the game they were 9 point favorites in)

Carolina -3 ( they should fight back)

1 unit each.

Sunday Card

Sunday Card

I actually bought these last Tuesday and thought I posted them...

Carolina -3 ( bought hook)
Patriots -3 ( bought hook)
Houston/Arizona Over 49

I thought they were all 3 unit plays but I think I only put 2 units on one of them. They are all 2 or 3 units per piece.

Packers @ Vikings Recap

Packers @ Vikings

- Green Bay moves the ball on offense some ( Rogers looks calm and good), the Vikings pass rush seems aggressive and the Packers took advantage with some screens.

- The Pack starts off with 3 penalties and a turnover. The Vikings do enough to move the ball and convert a turnover and take a 7-0 lead.

- Aaron Rogers rebuttal with nice movement in the pocket and a 62 yard TD pass!

- Clay Matthews with a huge strip over Adrian Peterson for a touchdown and a huge momentum shift. What a play by the rookie on MNF.

- Charles Woodson with a huge pick in the endzone at the end of the first half that was called back. They called that hand on the hip as a pass interference (there was also an off sides) but I'm shocked they called pass interference on that play but not on either of the last 2 plays in the Dallas game. That was nothing compared to what happened on the last play there (no call).

- Brett Favre has a lot of time back there in the pocket. The play before the Berrian TD Fave had what seemed like 10 seconds back there.

Week 4

Week 4
Giants -2/Bears -3 ( 3 units) WIN
Cowboys -3 ( 1 unit) LOSS
Crazy 8 team teaser (.25 units) LOSS
Redskins -.5 1st Quarter (.5 units) LOSS
Lions +7 2nd half Hedge ( 1 unit) LOSS

So far at + .25 units with 1 remaining wager

Green Bay Packers +4 ( 1 unit).

I kept it light this week after +4 units last week and got ALMOST everything right but the Cowgirls screwed me. Early on I leaned Pats, Saints, Titans ( yikes) and don't feel like I profited like I should have this week. Here are so notes.

KC/Giants
- KC Jamal Charles fumbles the opening kick off, yikes!
- KC rushes 3 at Eli Manning who has forever, he has about 7 seconds before he scrambles and finds Steve Smith for a 6 yard gain on 3rd and 5.
- Giants score on the opening drive 4 games in a row
- Tamba Hali beats Dave Diehl around the edge for an amazing strip/sack.
- The camera man obviously zooms in on the chest of the chiefs cheerleader as she's riding the horse.
- Sinorice Moss calls fair catches on consecutive punts/kick offs and they both look like they could have been returned if he were more aggressive.
- Mario Manningham drops a ball that hits him right in the numbers.
- The Giants benefit from a bad call on a clean hit by Jared Paige on Steve Smith. There was no helmet to helmet but the refs called it and on the next play Steve Smith beats the Chiefs over top for a TD. It looks like the Refs gave them a "my bad" after they saw the replay.
- Hakeem Nicks scores a long touch down on his first NFL reception on a screen.

Dallas @ Denver
- On Dallas's first pass, Flozel Adams gets whipped.
- Gerald Sensabaugh drops what should be an Orton INT.
- Marion Barber bulldozes into the end zone for the cowboys TD.
- Bradie James is playing well and has his 9th sack in 14 games, good for a mlb!
- 3rd and 1 foot the cowboys stop Denver ( short loss), then on 4th and 1 they stuff K. Moreano for the 2nd time in a row.
- Denver tries to down a punt at the 1, Crayton picks the ball up and runs it back but they say the ball touched the line. It did but why didn't they try and call that earlier?
- The cowboys offense did nothing in the 2nd half.
- Brandon Marshal beats Terrance Newman on a basically jump ball, then beats about 5 cowboy defenders down the field for the game winning TD.
- Dallas marches back down the field, on the 2nd to last play it was a border line pass interference on Champ Bailey with his hand on Sam Hurds hip.
- The last play though certainly should have been DPI as the Denver defender was all over the Cowboy pass catcher.
- All in all though, Denver's defense looks much much better than last year.

Odds/Ends
- Jay Cutler with an amazing 5 yard TD run highlighted by a helicopter swirl into the end zone.
- Johny Knox drops a ball with 8 seconds left to try and get into field goal range at the end of the 1st half.
- Carlos Rogers drops an easy INT in the Redskins game.
- Mark Sanchez gets picked by the ball hawk Darren Sharper on the road, then throws himself into Jonathan Vilma for the personal foul.

Bucs/Redskins
Special Olympics.

ADD

ADD

Teaser (.25 units)
San Diego +14
Green Bay Packers +11.5

I'm up .25 units and this bet is .25 units.

ADD

Half time bet
Lions +7 ( 1 unit)

I still think the Bears win this game, but this one is getting too close for my liking.

ADD

I decided to add the Redskins 1st Quarter line -.5 ( .5 units).

Tampa Bay got shut out last week, Washington has been underachieving, Portis and Haynesworth will play, and the Redskins are facing the least qualified QB ( and head coach) in the NFL in years.

Josh Johnson was playing basically intermural football and gets his first NFL start today. He wasn't even really getting any reps in the preseason... The Bucs competition was between Byron, Luke Mccown, and Josh Freeman but their coach decided to give the ball to Josh Johnson today.

If Washington has any heart at all they take the lead in the 1st quarter today.

Week 4 Plays

Week 4 plays

Teaser: NY Giants -2 + Chicago Bears -3 ( 3 units)
ATS: Dallas Cowboys -3 ( 1 unit)
ATS: Green Bay Packers +4 ( 1 unit) I will probably add more later
Crazy Parlay:
Dallas -3, San Diego +7, Green Bay +4, Hou ML, Giants ML, Bears ML, Colts ML, 49ers ML, (.25 units pays 14.5 to 1).

Green Bay is probably my favorite wager, but I want to see how the earlier games go.

I was considering adding the Titans ( maybe I'll add at half time), and maybe I'll add more on Dallas at half time. Dallas could start out slow but I really see them giving Denver their first loss. I looked at the Saints/Jets over but I'd rather add it at halftime after a low scoring first half. I also had an initial lean on the Patriots but I don't like Vince Wilfork being out against a strong Ravens offensive line. That might be a decent over game.

The Giants/Bears teaser works for me because I really don't see either team losing.
